Plated Meal: 5oz stuffed chicken cordon blue topped with a mushroom cream sauce, Kansas City rice medley, Chef’s seasonal vegetables

Salad and Rolls: Spinach and romaine salad with green onions, candied walnuts, sliced strawberries, feta and served with raspberry-balsamic vinaigrette and peppercorn ranch

Dessert: Key lime tartlet with a chocolate drizzled macaroon
