What Is RootsTech?

At RootsTech, we believe in the power of connecting family and finding belonging. RootsTech is presented by FamilySearch International. It is the goal of FamilySearch to help everyone discover, gather and connect families past, present and future. RootsTech is a 4-day event held annually in Salt Lake City, Utah, dedicated to celebrating family, discovering family histories, and connecting the living to their ancestors and each other. With over 300 breakout sessions, an exciting lineup of celebrity speakers, and a gigantic expo hall, we’ve got something we’re sure you’ll love.
