Road to RootsTech Episode 9: Tour the Family History Library

The secret is out! RootsTech is the world’s largest family history conference, and it is only a 10-minute walk from the world’s largest family history library! We’ve decided it’s about time we give you the tour. The Family History Library is the place to go for many of your genealogy questions. They have specialists from all over the world to help you with your research, both at home and abroad. Thousands of books and new records are donated all the time, making this building a veritable treasure trove of family history goodies. It also houses an entire floor devoted to discovery for your friends and family who may not have caught the genealogy bug yet. Here, you can see on a map where your ancestors came from, take photos in your homeland with a large green screen, read stories from your ancestors and record your own, and more! Jonathan takes us on a tour with Lynn Turner leading the way in this episode of Road to RootsTech.
