RootsTech 2020: The Story of You—Road to RootsTech, Season 2 Episode 1

Can you believe registration for RootsTech is already open? We’re so close! This RootsTech will be especially exciting because 2020 marks 10 years of RootsTech history. We are excited to look back at all we have accomplished together and look forward to what we can accomplish together in the future.

We are excited to share all of the wonderful things in store for next year’s attendees. So excited, in fact, that we’re continuing our Road to RootsTech videos to give you a sneak peek! You’ll notice that this year’s videos are a little different. Don’t worry; all your favorites are back, plus a few new faces, but we’ve made some changes we hope you will enjoy. I don’t want to spoil it just yet.

In this introductory video to our Road to RootsTech series, Jen Allen, RootsTech events director, welcomes all of us to RootsTech 2020 and shares a little bit more about this year’s theme: The Story of You. Check it out:

This theme is all about celebrating you! So often we can get caught up in our own exciting genealogy work, solving puzzles and finding family, that we can forget that our story will be just as important to our posterity in the future. Your story matters. We cannot wait to celebrate you and the future of this marvelous industry at RootsTech 2020.

So keep an eye out, as we’ll be sharing more information and fun videos for the rest of our Road to RootsTech series. We can’t wait to share this journey with you.

And don't forget to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
