X Factor UK Stars Join RootsTech London Lineup

Have you heard the good news? Tre Amici will be joining us at RootsTech London!

Tre amici means three friends in Italian, and the singing group of the same name consists of just that—three friends! Leroy Vickers, Martin Jackson, and Richard Thomas all come from Hull in Yorkshire. They have been singing together for four years but have been friends for twenty-five years.

After their first performance as a group in 2014, Tre Amici won the Hull Daily Mail Star Search, becoming the only classical act to ever win the prize. Afterward, they were invited to audition for Open Mic UK, and they again became the first classical act to win the competition.

In 2017 Tre Amici was invited to perform for The Queen’s Charity (the Not Forgotten Association). They also made it to the top 10 in the 2018 UK X Factor.
