Since this is a virtual event for people around the world, we recommend being available to answer questions or chats in your virtual booth space as often as possible. However, if you’re unable to be live in your booth, you can still have content available on demand for visitors and a place for them to sign up to receive more information from you.
Not entirely. We want your booth to be the best reflection of your brand, and we’ll work alongside you to create your digital space. We’ll rely on you to get us the content and links you want prominently displayed, so please try to meet all deadlines and communication timelines. Once you’re accepted as an exhibitor, we’ll be in touch to work through this process together.

Great question! In an in-person event, you’d tear your booth down and leave the convention center. But with a digital event, the content can live online for a much longer time, continually attracting visitors who want to come back and learn more about your offerings. Your booth content will continue to be available at rootstech.org, and additional marketing campaigns that occur throughout the year will help drive traffic back to your booth.

The deadline for all booth content is January 15, 2021. This is a hard deadline and is in place to make sure there is enough time for your content can be correctly uploaded to your booth page.
Like the onsite RootsTech conference, the Expo Hall is a vital piece in the experience. Because of this there will be constant mentions of the Expo Hall on the Main Stage, encouraging attendees to visit the booths. There will also be pre-event emails sent to attendees talking about the exclusive content they can find only in the Expo Hall.
