Nick Barratt

Uncovering family stories has never been more exciting, and who better to bring genealogy and excitement together than Nick Barratt?

Nick Barratt is an author, broadcaster, and historian best known for his work on BBC’s Who Do You Think You Are? series. He is an honorary associate professor of public history at the University of Nottingham, director for the University of London’s Senate House Library, and a teaching fellow at the University of Dundee. He is currently the President of the Federation of Family History Societies and sits on the Executive Committee of the Community Archives and Heritage Group.

London’s finest exhibition and convention centre, the ExCeL is located in Custom House, East London, on a 100-acre lot. Located only 5 minutes away from London City Airport, accessing the ExCeL is easy. Coming from further away? Don’t worry, the DLR has frequent service to the ExCeL, as does London Underground and London Overground. You can also access the ExCeL by the new Elizabeth line.
